PHASE II – PROJECT CONCEPTUALIZATION & DESIGNING
The Architect is briefed about the concept along with area program.
An appropriate model is developed by the Architectural team.
Model so prepared is ratified and modified by P&I to suit project requirement.
The basic design is then frozen once all inputs have been taken into consideration.
Detailed planning and designing of each area begins.
Detailed planning of all public areas and back of the house support areas is undertaken as per industry standards.
Our Inputs and ratification on designing of guest rooms and designing of all public areas in a hotel such as all food & beverage outlets like – restaurants, pubs, bars, banquets/conference facilities, the front office, business center, health club etc. will be undertaken.
PHASE III – PROJECT EXECUTION
BOQ’s of all equipment for the areas designed is then worked out
Technical specifications where applicable are detailed
Tenders are formed and floated
Schedules for delivery are worked out keeping in mind completion of project
Manpower requirements are worked out for each area and recruitment process initiated
Menu planning is undertaken for each outlet like restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee lounge etc
Assistance in signages and graphic designing for the property and specific areas
PROJECT PRE-LAUNCH
Selection of the appropriate property management software
Preparation of SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
Training of staff members according to the work area requirement
Planning and execution of advertisement and media plan
Arranging all guest rooms and work areas as per plan
Commencing trial runs for all areas to sort out any hiccups
