We at P&I have exposure to all aspects of the hospitality business from setting up of star rated hotels and restaurants etc., starting with the feasibility study, Help in Architect sourcing, Support in finalizing drawings, Support in finalizing various contractors and consultants, sourcing of equipment, setting operating procedures, providing manpower, marketing and managing operations including Revenue Management. Our Services are available in a modular approach allowing you to choose and decide which Services you wish to avail. You may only hire P&I for recruitment or for the whole project and even retaining our services post launching of operations.

- BOQ’s of all equipment for the areas designed is then worked out
- Technical specifications where applicable are detailed
- Tenders are formed and floated
- Schedules for delivery are worked out keeping in mind completion of project
- Manpower requirements are worked out for each area and recruitment process initiated
- Menu planning is undertaken for each outlet like restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee lounge etc
- Assistance in signages and graphic designing for the property and specific areas
Project Pre - Launch
- Selection of the appropriate property management software
- Preparation of SOP’s (standard operating procedures)
- Training of staff members according to the work area requirement
- Planning and execution of advertisement and media plan
- Arranging all guest rooms and work areas as per plan
- Commencing trial runs for all areas to sort out any hiccups
- Mock trials for food preparation and presentation

Branding Facilitation
- We have tie-ups with all the prominent national and international hotel brands and will be able to assist you in making a profitable association with the brand of your choice.

- Branding is a one stop solution to making a property profitable and successful.
- P&I helps you choose the right brand which will be optimal and best suited to your expectations and the property.
- The Branding fee would be payable directly to the brand and will be extra depending on their policy.
Architectural Support
- We have our experienced architectural team that can provide all architectural support as required specifically for Hotels. Right from concept development and land usage guidance to actual civil planning, construction plan, etc. including interiors planning and development for the whole hotel property.
PMC (Project Management Consultancy)
- A Project Management Consultancy is where the architect and engineering team assist in setting up timelines with architects, vendors and other consultants for the project and ensuring the project is not stalled due to undue delays or unwarranted issues. Also with the PMC team assisting in planning the cost of mistakes that can be made with construction are avoided (mistakes are spotted in advance and avoidable extra cost of construction is negated where possible)
MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) Consultancy
- Any Project needs all three of these elements extensively planned and there is a vast array of areas where the contractors and vendors need specifications and guidance for the work they perform, such guidance and specifications is not always available with architects unless they have their own dedicated MEP teams. These are important aspects of the construction and mistakes or improper planning can be costly in the long run, either in direct cost of development or operational costs later. It is highly advisable to have MEP consultancy from the planning stage.
